On 24 November 2025, Inovasi Digital and Earthqualizer participated in SD Guthrie’s Supplier Engagement Program at its Minamas headquarters in Jakarta. The full-day event gathered SD Guthrie’s direct suppliers from across Indonesia to strengthen mutual understanding of sustainability expectations and demonstrate what effective implementation looks like in practice.
Turning Commitments into Action
Throughout the sessions, suppliers explored practical ways to strengthen responsible sourcing, from confidently completing traceability to improving documentation, reporting, and climate-related data. The agenda was designed to help suppliers “connect the dots”: what is expected, why the data matters, and how good practices can be consistently implemented across operations.
Inovasi Digital & Earthqualizer: Practical Tools and Pathways to NDPE Market Access
On this program, two focused sessions showcased how data and structured processes can support improvement:
Supplier Group Monitoring Program (SGMP)
Agif from Inovasi Digital explained how SGMP provides verified, group-level monitoring that helps suppliers understand risks clearly and respond with stronger evidence and accountability.
Re-entry & Recovery Pathways
Eka from Earthqualizer introduced practical pathways that help suppliers take corrective actions, demonstrate measurable progress, and rebuild confidence in NDPE-aligned markets.
Together, these discussions emphasized that compliance is not only about identifying issues, but it is also about creating clarity, enabling improvement, and strengthening long-term market access.
Participants also explored how climate data strengthens sustainability reporting. The dialogue helped suppliers gain confidence in using available tools, improve preparedness, and align with shared standards across the supply chain.
A Shared Challenge, A Shared Commitment
The conversations acknowledged ongoing realities such as leakage market risks, which make consistent implementation even more critical. Programs like this highlight the value of collaborative engagement, with suppliers, buyers, and technical partners working together to build a stronger, more responsible sourcing ecosystem.
A Continued Dialogue Beyond the Program
On 25 November 2025, SD Guthrie’s delegation visited the Inovasi Digital office in Bogor. Beyond reconnecting in person, the visit created space for open and constructive discussions on recent case findings and potential directions for continued collaboration.
Inovasi Digital extends its gratitude to SD Guthrie for the invitation and to all suppliers who actively participated throughout the day. We remain committed to supporting partners with solutions that combine data, technology, and field-ready guidance.
