About the Role
Be part of a mission-driven company shaping more transparent and global sustainable supply chains at Inovasi Digital – Asia! Together with our sister organization Mosaix, we work with leading multinational consumer goods brands and major commodity traders across sectors to co-create solutions that have measurable environmental and social benefits.
Inovasi Digital – Asia is hiring a Landscape & Smallholder Solutions Lead (Senior Manager / Unit Head), based in Jakarta or Bogor, to build and lead the Landscape and Smallholder Solution Program (LSP) — one of the company’s core integrated solution pillars. Reporting into the Director of Sustainability Solutions, this role owns the strategy, partnerships, and delivery of programs that move clients beyond supply chain monitoring and traceability into direct, on-the-ground impact: restoring landscapes, legalizing and integrating smallholders into compliant sustainable supply chains, and supporting supplier environmental and social recovery and re-entry. It is an opportunity to lead a program area at the intersection of field implementation and corporate sustainability commitments, in close partnership with Earthqualizer Foundation’s on-the-ground expertise.

- Own the strategic plan, portfolio, and roadmap for the Landscape and Smallholder Solution Program, aligned with Inovasi Digital’s other wider thematic priorities (No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation – NDPE implementation, supplier group sustainability monitoring, compliance, and transformation).
- Develop landscape-level and site-level protection and restoration program profiles (including for supplier deforestation and social recovery and re-entry), concepts, and informational materials for priority sites and sourcing regions.
- Translate strategy into workstreams, targets, and reporting for the Management Team, including progress, risks, and decisions needed.
Client and Partner Engagement & Business Development — 30%
- Lead external engagement with partners / clients, donors, commodity buyers, companies, civil society organizations, and government stakeholders on landscape and smallholder programs.
- Develop concepts, proposals, budgets, and pitch materials for new and existing landscape and smallholder partnerships; support long-term partner relationships.
- Represent Inovasi Digital and the LSP in public forums, webinars, and industry events to strengthen market positioning and thought leadership.
Landscape & Smallholder Program Delivery — 30%
- Lead the design and delivery of smallholder inclusion, legalization, landscape programs and site-level recovery/re-entry programs, working closely with Earthqualizer Foundation’s field teams.
- Lead forest and peat restoration and recovery programs for degraded landscapes, and manage NDPE-aligned re-entry pathways that guide suppliers through structured processes back into compliant supply chains.
- Manage the implementation of client-funded landscape projects end-to-end: work planning, delivery, partner communication, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to extend existing partner engagements into longer-term landscape-level interventions.
Team Leadership & Internal Coordination — 10%
- Coordinate between field, technical, and management teams to ensure landscape work is integrated into the company’s wider partnership and product offering.
- Mentor and support team members involved in landscape program development, proposal writing, and partner engagement.
- Escalate key risks, delays, and strategic decisions to the Management Team in a timely manner.
