This is the Privacy Policy for Inovasi Digital untuk Transformasi’s Website (the “Inovasi Digital”), accessible at inovasidigital.asia (the “Website”).  These terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) of the Website expressly declare and outline the rules and regulations upon which the Website handles personally identifiable information. Definitions

EIT Law means Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transaction.

Electronic Information means one or a set of electronic data, including but not limited to text, sounds, images, maps, drafts, photographs, electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic mails, telegrams, telex, telecopy, or the like, letters, signs, figures, Access Codes, symbols, or perforations that have been processed for meaning or are understandable to persons qualified to understand them.

Electronic Transaction means a legal act that is committed by the use of computers, computer networks, and/or other electronic media.

Electronic Agent means an automated electronic means that is used to initiate an action on certain Electronic Information, which is operated by Persons

Government Regulation No. 71 means Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of the Electronic System and Transactions.

Regulation No. 20 means the Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems, issued by the Minister of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia.

Personal Data means certain personal data stored and maintained, whose truthfulness and confidentiality are secured and protected. 

Certain Individual Data means any true and distinctive information attached and identifiable either directly or indirectly to the respective individuals, whose utilization thereof shall be in accordance with the laws and regulations. 

The Owner of Personal Data means an individual to whom Certain Individual Data is attached. 

Owner’s Approval of Personal Data means a written statement, either made manually and/or electronically, given by the Owner of Personal Data after having obtained a complete explanation regarding the act of procuring, collecting, processing, analyzing, storing, displaying, announcing, transmitting, and disseminating together with confidentiality or non-confidentiality or the Personal Data. 

Electronic System means a set of electronic apparatus and procedures that function to prepare, collect, process, analyze, store, display, announce, transmit, and/or disseminate electronic information.

Electronic System Operator means any Person, state apparatus, Business Entity, or community that provides, manages, and /or operates Electronic System either individually or collectively to the Electronic System User for its own purposes and/or for other party purposes.

  4. All the Personal Data that is or shall be collected has relevance to the purpose of procuring, collecting, processing, analyzing, storing, displaying, publishing, transmitting, and disseminating the services
  5. The Electronic System is worthy of protecting your Personal Information from any unauthorized or not mandated use
  6. We shall notify you in good faith immediately in writing for any failure on Personal Data protection
