Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Project Assistant/Coordinator
As a Project Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our project leader in coordinating our technical team and tracking project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project leader in coordinating with the technical team.
- Track deliverable timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Report regular progress to the project leader and identify follow-up needs.
- Frequently update the project leader on project status.
- Communicate effectively between the project leader and the team.
- Prepare presentations and progress reports.
- Ensure all project documentation is well-organized and up-to-date.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and coordination.
- Willing to have regular calls at night (up to 10 pm) to coordinate with people in different time
zones.
Qualifications:
- Advanced level of proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of palm oil and other agro-commodity supply chains.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management/coordination experience.
- Highly disciplined and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills; must be confident in facilitating communication between the
project leader and team members. - Proficient in creating presentations and progress reports.
- Ideally based in Bogor but candidates from the Jabodetabek area and Malaysia are also
welcome (must be willing to spend some time in Bogor). - Malaysia-based candidates will be considered but must be willing to travel to Bogor once a
month. - Experience working with palm oil smallholders is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise with sustainable practices in the palm oil industry.
- Experience in engaging with smallholders and understanding their challenges.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Outgoing and proactive.
