Project Officer Position at PT. Inovasi Digital for Transformation

We Are Looking for an Enthusiastic Project Officer! As a Project Officer at Junior/Medior Level, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic team environment. Your work will directly impact our efforts in addressing deforestation, social issues, climate change, and other environmental challenges across various agricultural, forestry, and natural resource commodity supply chains. Your Role: ü Project support Implementation: Provide support within our existing partnerships, including NDPE Monitoring, Helpdesk, Agriplot DDS, and more. ü Partnership Management: Engage and manage current and future corporate partners, and support in acquiring new partnerships to foster our mission. ü Deliverable Excellence: Assist in the review and editing of deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and contribute to their strategic goals. ü Communication and Reporting: Present deliverables to clients, report to our Helpdesk and Project Unit Leader, and develop comprehensive project reports for stakeholders. Your Impact: ü Strategic Planning: Create and oversee project plans, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. ü Team Coordination: Allocate work effectively within teams, maintain project progress, and foster an environment of effective communication and collaboration. ü Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets meticulously, ensuring efficient use of resources. ü Risk Management: Proactively address and mitigate project risks and challenges. We Value: ü Decision-making prowess and effective communication. ü Keen observation of team dynamics and skill sets. ü A macro-management perspective with a hands-on approach to project progress. ü A minimum of 2 years in project management, preferably in natural resource management. ü Academic background in agriculture/natural resource management, business, social, law, science, or engineering. ü Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. ü Knowledge of NDPE policy and supply chains in agriculture, forestry, and natural resources. ü Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with geo-spatial data management experience as a plus. ü Willingness to travel as part of your role.
